Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at Snacks And Coffee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Pricing and Taxes
The prices displayed on our website are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Applicable taxes and other charges (if any) will be calculated and applied at checkout.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Lost in Transit

Damaged Items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We take pride in the quality of our products and packaging, and while we strive to ensure every item arrives in perfect condition, we acknowledge that occasionally, damage during transit may occur. To address this, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement to be sent to you promptly without any additional cost, or offer a full refund of the purchase price to your original method of payment.

Lost Items
In the rare event that an item is lost during transit, we will conduct an investigation with the carrier. Please report a lost item by contacting us as soon as you suspect that your parcel may be lost, and no later than 7 days from the expected delivery date. If we determine that the item was indeed lost in transit, you will be offered the choice of a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund to the original method of payment.

Shipping for Damaged or Lost Items
For all returned damaged products or in the case of lost items, Snacks And Coffee will cover all shipping costs.
